You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned once opened or worn, unless faulty.

Diameter and circumference are measured on the inside of the ring.

Measure a ring you own. Lay a ring that fits the finger you'll wear this on over a ruler and measure the inside, edge to edge, in millimetres.

Or measure your finger. Wrap a strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.

Between sizes? Choose the larger one, especially if you plan to stack two or more rings. Eternity bands can't be resized. Not the right fit? You can exchange it within 30 days.
