PROCESSING
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
DELIVERY
UK orders are delivered within 7–12 working days of your order. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.
DELIVERY COST
Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing contact@giuliaverona.com. After that your order may already have been dispatched, in which case our returns policy applies.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check your delivery address carefully before you order. If it's wrong, contact us straight away. Once an order has been dispatched we can't redirect it.
DELAYS
Very occasionally a delivery takes longer because of carrier or customs delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived after 12 working days, email us and we'll put it right.
