These terms apply when you use giuliaverona.com and when you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

YOUR ORDER
Product pages are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. When you complete checkout you make an offer to buy the items in your basket. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order or when we dispatch it, whichever comes first. If we can't fulfil an order, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by the secure payment providers available at checkout.
DELIVERY
We deliver to the address you give us at checkout. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or incomplete, you may have to pay the cost of sending the order again.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. The conditions, and the exceptions, are set out in our Refund Policy. This is in addition to any legal right you have to cancel a contract made online.
FAULTY ITEMS AND WARRANTY
You have legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described. On top of those rights, every piece comes with our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, described in our Refund Policy.
OWNERSHIP
Items remain our property until we've received full payment for your order.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We're responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to keep to these terms. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for indirect or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
USING THE WEBSITE
Please don't misuse the site, copy its content or images without our permission, or use it for anything unlawful.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections given by the law of the country where you live.
CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you place it.
