Delivery
Free UK delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered within 7–12 working days of your order. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned once opened or worn, unless faulty.
1 Year Warranty
Every piece is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects — we'll repair or replace it free of charge. Not covered: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, lost items, or tarnish caused by water, perfume, lotions or chemicals. This warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Diameter and circumference are measured on the inside of the ring.
Measure a ring you own. Lay a ring that fits the finger you'll wear this on over a ruler and measure the inside, edge to edge, in millimetres.
Or measure your finger. Wrap a strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.
Between sizes? Choose the larger one, especially if you plan to stack two or more rings. Eternity bands can't be resized. Not the right fit? You can exchange it within 30 days.

Open the ring size guide under the size options. The easiest way is to borrow a ring she wears on the same finger and measure the inside, edge to edge. If she's between sizes, choose the larger one.
If it doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is free and tracked. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and arrive within 7–12 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Order by 5 December for Christmas delivery in the UK.
Can she return it after Christmas?
Yes. Orders placed between 1 November and 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 15 January 2027, or within 30 days of delivery if that's later. Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging.
